Refund policy

All my garments are made in durable good quality fabric with attention to smart design fit and affordability. I am confident you will be delighted with your purchase. But if in the unlikely situation my quality control department has overlooked a flaw in the garment I will refund your full purchase price plus postage if a refund is requested.

I will exchange if you are not delighted with the fit or style of your purchase excluding postage, but I would like to remind you to check my size chart to ensure you will get the correct size to avoid extra postage costs. Your garment must not be washed and in the original state as posted.

You must email details of your refund/exchange request within 14 days of my postage despatch date. Please include a pre paid satchel and a letter of info in the parcel to enable us to return your exchange item/s quickly.
